PLEASE NOTE FROM 30th APRIL - OUR OFFICE HOURS WILL NOW BE  9AM TO 5PM, TO TAKE INTO ACOUNT OPERATIONAL DEMANDS

Due to the introduction of PHASE 2 of the BTOM and the increase in workload this has generated, we are currently unable to take telephone calls. Please use the request forms on the top of our website to submit your queries.

• General Enquiries  - for non consignment  or ships inspection specific queries
• Ships Arrival - for any Maritime Declarations, requests for Ship Sanitations or waters
• Import Documents  - for consignment specific  documents
• Container Status - for updates on  documents already submitted

To avoid any delays in responses, please do not submit duplicate requests, as this will only increase the time taken to respond to you.
